A sublime view of the Grand Tetons
near Schwabachers Landing
These paintings are from my recent trip to
Wyoming to camp in the National Park and
backpack to paint the incredible scenery and
light. One of my artistic goals is to paint in
all the National Parks in North America before
my days end, and Teton was still on my list.
The task is not as easy as it appears at first
glance, and has taken me years to see only 6
so far! Along the way I have had the honor
of being selected by the Parks Service as
an artist in residence in both Yosemite and
Glacier. More to come.
